Why do I always see cops speeding without their flashing lights on?
Other than during the wet season (July and August), it rains perhaps one out of thirty days in New Mexico. Yet both times we've moved (neither during the wet season), it rained. Coincidence? I think not.
I have experienced the biggest snowstorms ever recorded in Philadelphia and Halifax, and the biggest snowstorm in several decades in New Mexico. Coincidence? I think not.
